RETURN POLICY

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Carefully repackage your items back into your shipping box along with your packing slip, and seal your package with packing tape. We recommend making a copy of your packing slip for your records.

Deliver your package via your preferred shipping service. Please use a trackable/insured shipping method/carrier.

We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, simply return it to our warehouse with your receipt of the product, and make sure the product is in new condition, then we will give you a full refund/exchange with no questions asked. Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item.

Please be sure to write your name, order number, and request on the package, and be sure to RECORD AND EMAIL US THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR THE PACKAGE. We do not have a problem with returns and we will process them immediately.

Where applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately upon our receipt of the returned item, or we will send you a replacement product or store credit.
